Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. May the good Lord bless you abundantly with His riches in Christ Jesus, and may you experience His joy and peace during this holiday season.

I am writing to update you regarding the renovation plans for our church property, and to alert you to some possible impacts you may experience.

Beginning shortly after New Year, we will begin demolishing buildings C and D, the two smaller and southernmost one-story buildings that house our current offices and a small worship hall. They will be replaced by a larger two-story building, which is scheduled to be completed by October 2025.

The biggest impact will be the noise in the early stages (January and February) during demolition and foundation work. There will be a two-week period—after the site is demolished and leveled—when ground-reinforcing rock aggregate piers are driven into the soil. This will be the noisiest activity of the entire project, and we apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

Please be assured that the contractors will do everything possible to mitigate and monitor the noise to minimize any impact. Moreover, all construction work will only take place on weekdays during normal daytime business hours.

As the construction schedule is finalized over the next month, we will post target dates for various construction activities, especially demolition and foundation work, that may concern you.
