Biblical counseling ministry is an integral part of First Chinese Baptist Church of Fountain Valley.

We provide free-of-charge, short-term pastoral care (biblical) counseling, in the context of the shepherding and caring of the church.

We endorse the belief statement of our church.

Our purposes are below:

1. Crisis Care – Serve those in crisis and in need with Biblical wisdom and love in Christ
2. Preventive Care and Spiritual Growth – Promote practical application of Christian faith in everyday being, living, and relationships
3. Counseling training – Support, care for, and training people in biblical counseling

Our counselors have different credentials, titles, ministry roles, and careers, but we all have Biblical counseling training. We are committed to apply Biblical wisdom and offer care in Christ. We also humbly acknowledge that we ourselves are work-in-progress just like our counselees.

We offer individual, couple, and family counseling.
