Pastor Frank was born in a fourth generation Christian family in Taiwan, and emigrated to Vancouver Canada at age of 13. By God's grace, he gradually became a born again Christian as he went through different phases of faith journey.
He graduated from University of Toronto in 2003 with a degree in Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in History and Linguistics. He went on to teach English as Second Language in Taiwan as well as Vancouver. However, God's calling to ministry was long planted in his heart during a summer mission trip in Taiwan back in 1999. In 2008, he finally answered the call for good and enrolled into Logos Evangelical Seminary School, earning an M.Div. degree in 2011. Pastor Frank served at churches in Chicago and Riverside, CA before going back to Logos to pursue Th.M degree. He joined FCBC-FV family in 2020 as Pastor of Mandarin Ministry.
He and his wife, Ada, have been married since 2013, and they have a daughter, Ily, and a son, Israel. Besides from having the passion to preach the true words of God, Pastor Frank is a sports maniac who enjoys all kinds of sports. He also loves to cook and share his culinary skills with others.
