Pastor David was born in Hong Kong and became a follower of Christ at age 11. He has served as a choir member, praise team member, Junior High Fellowship counselor, mission team member, etc.

In 1996, he moved to Los Angeles, continuing his studies in High School and College. After working at LA County for a few years as a Civil Engineer, God called him into ministry in 2005. He got his M.Div. from Golden Gate Seminary (Now Gateway Seminary) in 2008. God has led him to serve at churches in Alhambra and in Toronto, before leading him and his family to FCBC Fountain Valley in 2021.

David enjoys spending time with his wife Erica and his daughter Faith. He also likes to read, drive and play sports.
